Where does your power come from and what happens if you trust it?

Our beings are completely made up of energy, or power if you will. Through this power, we are connected with our Selves, with every living being around us and with All There Is. This power or Source Energy has a natural flow, like the tides of the sea or the seasons of the year. It flows through us and it is up to us what we do with it. We can choose to work with the power and 'go with the flow'. Or we can resist and dig our heels in, insisting on taking control and doing things our own way. It's up to us.
In the level I course 'Reclaim Your Power' you looked into your energy system, your feelings, your relationship with others and your connection with the Cosmos and the Earth. You learned techniques to help you to feel the Universal energies within and around you. You felt the influence of energies on your mood and on other people. By healing and protecting your aura, you became increasingly centred. 
'Trust your Power' further explores your powerful Self and the power of the Universe. What does power mean to you and how do you handle it? Is your power always switched on or only in certain situations? What is the difference between power and control? How does your life take shape when you listen to your Higher Self? 
In 'Trust your Power' we will use a range of techniques to deepen your awareness of the power within you. This course will help you to know yourself better and to understand the convictions that shape your life. As you continue the healing journey within, you increasingly release old patterns and emotions that are limiting you from being who you really want to be.
With the help of the angels and masters we will look into how you want to use your power in this lifetime.
Using guided meditations and channellings, we will see why you came here and what your mission is for this lifetime. You will find out what help is available for you in the form of guides or guardian angels. There is no need for you to do everything alone. The question is, do you dare to trust?
Whether you want to free up your energy to progress, grow in your spiritual power or learn more about helping and healing others, Trust your power is the course for you.
