Terms and conditions- course participation

1	To sign up for a course, please fill in the course registration form, either via the website: www.aquariushealing.com or request a form by telephone (see Contact)
2	By signing up for a course, you agree in principle to attend all lessons of the course. For a course of 8 or 10 lessons, a maximum of 1 lesson may be missed. No refunds will be given for any missed lessons.
3	Payment for a course must be made in full either by bank transfer or paid in cash, at least 1 week prior to its starting date.
4	Any special requests should be mentioned and agreed prior to course registration.
5	Upon receiving your registration form, we will send you a confirmation of receipt within 3 working days. If you do not receive this confirmation, please contact us again to ensure your registration has been received.
6	The courses offered will be run provided that sufficient participants register and circumstances are favourable*.  Aquarius Healing reserves the right to cancel or postpone courses if necessary. Every effort will be made to inform you as soon as possible.
7	Final confirmation of your place on the course will be given at least 2 weeks prior to course commencement.
8	Aquarius Healing reserves the right to select participants for courses.
9	Participants accept responsibility for their own life lessons during the courses. In no event shall Aquarius Healing be liable for any damages whatsoever arising from the participation in course activities.
10	Definitions  "Course" - any course, workshop or event run by Aquarius Healing. "Participant" - a person wishing to register for a course given by Aquarius Healing. "Aquarius Healing"- the healing school located at Slangenburg 46, 1082 JW Amsterdam
11	Aquarius Healing reserves the right to amend or change the terms and conditions at any time. Any such amendments or changes will be posted on www.aquariushealing.com
12	By registering for any course run by Aquarius Healing you are specifically acknowledging that you have read and accept the terms & conditions outlined above.

* The inclusion of favourable circumstances may sound rather vague, but this is based on our commitment to follow the advice provided to us by the angels and masters. Unexpected developments on various levels of existence can result in the angels' advice to cancel or postpone certain courses. We may not fully understand their reasoning at such a time, but trust that it happens for the Highest Good of All.
