Spiritual
Processes
This is a time of spiritual awakening. Every day, more people search for greater meaning in their lives. Many feel stuck in their daily routines and constantly feel they should be doing something else. "There must be more to my life than this!" is a feeling that drives many people to begin their spiritual journey.
Some characteristics of spiritual searching:
· Feeling empty
· Looking for meaning in life
· Emotional up's and down's, apparently for no reason
· Feeling different to all of those around you
· Longing for inner peace
· Wondering why you are here (life purpose)
· A desire to serve a greater Good
During spiritual processes, you may feel pushed in a certain direction. You may take steps that just feel right, even though that wouldn't have been your rational choice. Or you may fight hard to hold on to what you know even though a voice tells you it is time to let go.
A spiritual process is a time of connecting to yourself and learning to listen to your inner voice. Its purpose is to bring you into balance and possibly take a new direction in your life. This might be necessary in order to resolve old patterns and bring you closer to your life mission.
Going through a spiritual process can be very overwhelming. It is often a lonely time because you can't put a finger on what is happening and you feel that those around you don't understand. You may also experience emotional and physical discomfort and even your taste in food may change.
Coaching may help you see your life lessons more clearly and offer advice and comfort in dealing with the changes on your path.
