Sessions
A session or consultation can take many forms and may include any of the following:
When you arrive, we discuss what type of session best suits your needs on that day.
You will need to plan 2 hours for a first session which allows us time to discuss your questions and decide how I can best help you. In a first session, we might do a reading or an extended healing.
As a general guide-line, healings are most suited for physical / emotional issues, for example illness and stress. Readings are helpful when you need
emotional / mental guidance, for example for making decisions in your life.
During a session, themes may come up which require further work. This can be anything from energy blockages to strained relationships. I will advise you on the options for resolving these. Based on this, you may decide to come back for one or more follow-on sessions. Follow-on sessions take 1½ hours and in these, healing and reading can be combined.
Before a session
- Consider what you need from the session- information, relaxation, guidance…
- Formulate any questions you might have. These can be general, such as: "what do the angels want me to know?" or they can relate to specific issues in your life.
- If you bring a car, remember to pay for parking at the
Slangenburg.
- As you settle down for the session, please tell me if there is anything you need to relax and feel comfortable.
After a session
- Both healings and readings can be quite intense, touching themes that are important to you. Most likely you will feel tired and 'full' after a session.
- Make sure you feel fit and grounded before going into traffic.
- If possible, keep the rest of the day free, so you can relax and integrate the energy and information easily. Listen to the needs of your body.
- Drink plenty of water. This helps you to cleanse your system and release any toxins.
- Friends or family may be keen to hear about your session. I recommend you take some time to let the experience settle, preferably a day or two. Then tell them only what you feel like sharing.
- You may feel emotional after a session. If so, just let it be. Don't try to change it or to explain it. Just welcome the release of emotions freed by the session.
