Coaching
When you are going through processes of change, you may feel you need some support. This is particularly relevant to processes of personal or spiritual development.
Coaching includes one or more of the following:
· Talking
· Reading
· Healing
At times of personal or spiritual growth, you may feel you need some support. If you have felt stuck in some area of your life, the decision to make life changes is the first step. But how do you go about doing this and how do you know if it is the right time?
Making successful changes requires a healthy balance between your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies. Coaching combines the above mentioned techniques to ensure all of these aspects are given attention and support as you move forward.
An important learning point for many is to take responsibility for your growth process and the goals you wish to reach. Increased awareness includes listening to your own needs and learning to ask for any help you need.
So a coaching programme is not pre-planned. You may choose to do one session to answer a few questions, or you may opt for a series of sessions to work through some deep-seated patterns. You are free to plan the sessions as needed.
For each session, it is handy if you prepare any questions you have about your situation.
Start off the session by setting out the issues that are important to you on that day. This way we can make sure your objectives are met within the allocated time of 1½ hours.
A typical agenda for a coaching session is:
- What has happened/ changed since the last session?
- How do you feel now?
- Have any questions arisen that you would like to ask the angels?
- Checking your energy flow.
- Healing any blocks to progress.
